In 1897, José Oria de Rueda e Iñigo (Agustín's son) built the Torre Oria winery and palace-house in the hands of the famous Valencian architect José Donderis in the area of El Derramador near Requena, where the wineries are currently located. Thus transforming a small silk factory into the fantastic Casa-Palacio de los Oria de Rueda, declared a National Artistic Monument.
